Expedited Shipping: $6.99 (Delivery within 3-5 business days).
2. Processing & Cut-off Time
As a print-on-demand store, each item is made to order to ensure quality and reduce waste.
Processing Time: 2-4 business days (Monday – Friday).
Order Cut-off Time: 04:00 PM (GMT-07:00) Mountain Standard Time (Denver).
Orders placed after the cut-off time or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the following business day.
3. Delivery Scope & Restrictions
We currently only ship within the United States.
No International Shipping: We do not ship to addresses outside of the U.S. at this time.
Restricted Addresses: We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, U.S. military bases, or overseas territories.
Single Address: We do not support shipping to multiple addresses within the same order.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your package's journey via the USPS or UPS website.
5. Handling Shipping Issues

Lost or Delayed Packages: If your package takes longer than 30 days to arrive, we will provide a full reimbursement of your order amount.

Missing Items: 1. Notify us via email with your order number and a description of the missing item. 2. After verification (usually within 72 hours), we will offer you a Reshipment (free of charge) or a Full Refund for the missing item.

Return & Warranty
At Tee Arts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Defective Products: Items that are damaged, incorrectly printed, or defective.
Product Condition: Items must be in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, or used slightly, and preferably in their original packaging.
3. Return Method
All returns must be conducted via mail. We do not accept in-person returns.
4. How to Start a Return (Step-by-Step)
Notify Us: Send an email to support@teearts.store including your order number and the reason for the return.
Store Review: Our team will review your request.
If Approved: We will send you a Return Shipping Label via email. You must print this label, pack your item securely, attach the label, and mail it back to us.
If Declined: If the return does not meet our criteria, we will provide a clear explanation for the refusal.
Unauthorized Returns: Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
5. Return Shipping Costs & Fees
Defective/Incorrect Items: If the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong item), Tee Arts will cover all shipping costs.
Customer Remorse: For change of mind or wrong size, the customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping.
Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Timeline: If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 7 business days.
