📦 Processing Time

We strive to process and fulfill all orders within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. As a print-on-demand store, each shirt is made to order to ensure freshness and reduce waste.

If there are any unexpected delays during processing, we will notify you promptly via email.

• Standard Shipping (FREE): 3–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping ($6.99): 1–3 business days

⏳ Shipping Delays

If your package takes longer than 30 days to arrive, we will reimburse your full order amount.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package:

🧩 Missing Items Procedure

3. Resolution Options

   • Reshipment: We will send the missing items as soon as possible

   • Refund: A full refund for the missing item(s) will be issued to your original payment method

   You'll receive an update within 72 hours of reporting.

5. Follow-Up
   For reshipments, a new tracking number will be provided after dispatch.

Because each Tee Arts product is made to order especially for you, we operate under a print-on-demand policy, meaning we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.

💬 Order Issues: Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly provide a replacement or refund. Please follow these steps:

📦 Items Not Eligible for Refund or Return

As each product is custom-printed, we cannot accept returns for the following reasons:

• Incorrect size chosen by customer (please use our sizing guide carefully)
• Change of mind or no longer want the product
• Delays caused by shipping carriers outside our control

🔁 Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placement by contacting [email protected] 
After that, the printing process begins, and cancellations are no longer possible.
