Because each Tee Arts product is made to order especially for you, we operate under a print-on-demand policy, meaning we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.

However, your satisfaction matters to us, and we’re happy to make things right if there’s an issue with your order.

💬 Order Issues: Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly provide a replacement or refund. Please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us

Email us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order.
Include the following:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item(s) showing the damage, defect, or incorrect print

2. Resolution Options

Once verified, we will offer

• A free replacement of the affected item(s), or
• A full or partial refund to your original payment method, depending on the situation.

📦 Items Not Eligible for Refund or Return

As each product is custom-printed, we cannot accept returns for the following reasons:

• Incorrect size chosen by customer (please use our sizing guide carefully)
• Change of mind or no longer want the product
• Delays caused by shipping carriers outside our control

🔁 Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placement by contacting [email protected] 
After that, the printing process begins, and cancellations are no longer possible.

💸 Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund is issued.

🧾 Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time due to our made-to-order process. Please ensure correct sizing and design before placing your order.
