1. Return Window

  • You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Return Conditions

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Defective Products: Items that are damaged, incorrectly printed, or defective.

  • Product Condition: Items must be in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, or used slightly, and preferably in their original packaging.

3. Return Method

  • All returns must be conducted via mail. We do not accept in-person returns.

4. How to Start a Return (Step-by-Step)

  1. Notify Us: Send an email to support@teearts.store including your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Store Review: Our team will review your request.

    • If Approved: We will send you a Return Shipping Label via email. You must print this label, pack your item securely, attach the label, and mail it back to us.

    • If Declined: If the return does not meet our criteria, we will provide a clear explanation for the refusal.

  3. Unauthorized Returns: Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping Costs & Fees

  • Defective/Incorrect Items: If the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong item), Tee Arts will cover all shipping costs.

  • Customer Remorse: For change of mind or wrong size, the customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping.

  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees.

6. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Refund Timeline: If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 7 business days.

  • Note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the transaction.
