We accept returns under the following conditions:

Defective Products: Items that are damaged, incorrectly printed, or defective.

Product Condition: Items must be in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, or used slightly, and preferably in their original packaging.

All returns must be conducted via mail. We do not accept in-person returns.
4. How to Start a Return (Step-by-Step)

Notify Us: Send an email to support@teearts.store including your order number and the reason for the return.

Store Review: Our team will review your request.

If Approved: We will send you a Return Shipping Label via email. You must print this label, pack your item securely, attach the label, and mail it back to us.

If Declined: If the return does not meet our criteria, we will provide a clear explanation for the refusal.

Unauthorized Returns: Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
5. Return Shipping Costs & Fees

Defective/Incorrect Items: If the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong item), Tee Arts will cover all shipping costs.

Customer Remorse: For change of mind or wrong size, the customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping.

Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees.
6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Timeline: If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 7 business days.
